The short version
We collect the details you type into our forms so we can call you back about your flooring. We do not sell them, we do not share them with anyone else, and we do not track you around the internet.
Who we are
Flooring Pros, a flooring installation business working across Toronto and the GTA. You can reach us on 647-808-3232 or at info@flooringpros.ca.
What we collect
Only what you give us on a form:
- • Your name
- • Your phone number
- • Your email address, if you give one
- • The city the job is in, and which flooring you are after
- • Anything you write in the message box
- • When you would like us to call
We also record the internet address your form came from. That is used to stop automated spam and nothing else.
Why we collect it
To call or email you back about the job you asked about, and to arrange a measure and a quote. That is the whole reason. We do not send marketing to people who have not asked for it.
Who sees it
Us. Your details are saved to our own system and emailed to us so we do not miss anything. The only outside party involved is the service that carries that email, which delivers the message and does not use it for anything else.
We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not pass it to other trades or lead brokers.
Tracking and cookies
There is no analytics or advertising tracking on this site. No Google Analytics, no advertising pixels, no session recording, and nothing that follows you to other websites.
The site sets one technical cookie that keeps a form working while you fill it in. It holds no personal information and disappears when you close your browser.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries so we have a record of work we have quoted and done. If you would like yours removed, ask us and we will delete it.
Your rights
Under Canadian privacy law you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. Email info@flooringpros.ca or call us and we will sort it out. There is no charge.
Changes
If we change how any of this works, we will change this page at the same time and update the date at the top.
