About these terms

These cover using this website. The terms for actual flooring work are in the written quote we give you before anything starts, and that quote is what governs the job.

What is on this site

We describe the work we do and the areas we cover as accurately as we can. Nothing on this site is a quote or a binding offer. Prices depend on the room, the subfloor and what has to come out first, which is why we measure in person before we put a number in writing.

Getting an estimate

Sending a form or calling us does not commit you to anything, and it does not commit us to taking the job. We will come out, measure, and give you a written quote. You decide from there.

Please give us accurate details. If the job turns out to be materially different from what was described, the quote may need to change, and we will tell you before we carry on rather than afterwards.

The photos, text and logo on this site belong to us. Please do not copy them for your own business.

We link to our Instagram. We are not responsible for what is on other people's websites.
