How we work
Most flooring problems are not about the flooring. They are about what is underneath it, and about whether anyone took the time to measure properly. A floor that ripples, a seam you can see from the doorway, a stair carpet lifting at the nosing: all of that is preparation, not material.
So we measure before we quote, we check the subfloor before we lay anything, and we tell you when a repair will do instead of a replacement. That last one costs us work sometimes. We would rather you called us again in five years.
We work across homes and condos, and the job can be a single staircase or a whole renovation. Condo work in particular is as much about the building as the floor, so we book the elevator, protect the hallways and finish inside the hours the building allows.
