What we did

Stairs are the hardest carpet work there is and the part everyone notices. This one had bare treads and a set of winders at the turn, so every step was measured and cut on its own. The treads were checked for squeaks and the nosings made good before anything went down, then the carpet was fitted tight around the turn so the edges stay crisp and nothing lifts underfoot.
